AcneScore LLC ("AcneScore," "we," "our," or "us") respects your privacy and is committed to protecting your personal information.
This Privacy Policy explains how AcneScore LLC collects, uses, and protects your information when you use the AcneScore mobile application.

a. Account Information: Email address, Apple / Google login credentials
b. Skin & Facial Scan Data: Facial images (only with user consent), Skin analysis results (AcneScore, skin profile)
Important: Facial images are processed in real-time, not stored by default, and only stored if you choose to save scans for progress tracking.
c. Food Scan Data: Images or inputs of food, ingredient-based acne insights
d. Usage Data: App interactions, feature usage (analytics), crash logs and diagnostics
AcneScore LLC uses your data to analyze skin and generate AcneScore, provide insights into acne triggers, track progress (if enabled), improve app performance, and personalize your experience.
AcneScore LLC does NOT sell facial data, store facial data without consent, or use facial data for advertising.
Facial scans are processed securely and deleted immediately unless saved by user.
We use secure third-party infrastructure to store limited user data.
Security measures include encryption, secure authentication, and restricted access.
AcneScore LLC works with trusted providers including skin analysis APIs, cloud storage providers, subscription processors, and analytics tools.
These services only process data necessary to operate the app.
You may delete your data, remove saved scans, and stop using the app at any time.

AcneScore LLC does not knowingly collect data from children.
